Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that focuses on strengthening and improving range of movement. This class is designed for all fitness levels. I will give examples of beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises to ensure everyone is being challenged yet working at an appropriate level for their physical capabilities.
The class is FREE!
All you need to bring is a mat and water bottle. As it gets warmer it might not hurt to bring a towel too as you will work up a sweat.
While this class is designed for people of all fitness levels, if you have an injury that stops you from comfortably kneeling or getting up and down off the ground then this class want be appropriate for you yet! Make an appointment and get those injuries sorted so you can join in eventually.
